In the foundation programme you learnt how to stack healthy habits and we gave you a new one every week.

Now we just want you to concentrate on one big one for the next 8 weeks, but it's an important one.

Remember, you don't have to reduce flavour just because you reduce the salt. Adding fresh herbs and dried spices is a great way to add tons of flavour without adding any calories.
