Challenger!!

Warm up for 5-10 minutes, then perform the following exercises for 3 Rounds. The goal is for you to beat your times with every round. Rest as needed between each round.

Skipping (200 rotations of the rope)

20 Burpees with a press up

20 Reverse lunges (20 on each leg)
