Roasted Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Salmon fillets (wild not farmed!)
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • Salt & pepper for taste
  • Red pepper flakes

Method:

Preheat oven to 230C


Season Salmon fillets on both sides with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes (easy on the flakes if you don’t like spicy!)


Place two lemon wedges underneath each salmon fillet and bake in a baking dish for about 10 minutes.


Remove wilted lemon and serve immediately
