Total Body

Warm-up, then complete (with proper form) as fast as possible.

Jog ½ mile (or 100 star jumps), then go straight into 3 rounds of each of the following:

100 skips (with skipping rope)

30 walking lunges (15 per side)

25 body rocks or sit-ups

20 press ups

15 V-sit ups

10 burpees

5 mountain climbers (each side)

Once you have completed 3 rounds, complete one more 1/2 mile run (or 100 star jumps).
