Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 170g ground turkey breast 
  • 3 tablespoons of plain organic yoghurt 
  • 2 teaspoons green onions minced 
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley, chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 
  • Black pepper & salt to taste

Method:

Preheat grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients and form into patty/burger. Grill until cooked through, 7-10 min per side. Serve with a side salad.
