Do OVER!

Warm up for 5-10 minutes, then perform the following exercises for the stated number of reps and repeat for two sets.

35 Squat jumps

30 Press ups

25 V-sit ups

20 Narrow grip press ups

15 Walking lunges

10 Burpees

Skipping (100 rotations of the rope)

Rest and repeat!
