Great, we’re down to our last few spots for April. So I'm giving everyone a call who's expressed interest to ask a few questions about your h&f goals to see if our programme is in line with what you want. Is that ok?

1.What are your fitness goals, what do you want to achieve?
Weight, Energy, fitness levels – any more results you want to achieve?
You sound like the perfect fit because we don’t train bodybuilders, powerlifters we train busy mums/dads.

Lose Weight
Goal is to help you lose weight and more importantly keep it off
- Sustainable (flexible approach to eating – not just chicken and broccoli)
- Educate (give as much information as we can surrounding nutrition so you’ll lose the weight but be able to keep it off)

Fitness Levels
· 2 Programmes (fat loss and muscle gaining)
· Each session can be tailored for you (progress/regress/rehab)
· We test every 13 weeks

Accountability
· We’re not one of them gyms that take your money and you’re left to your own devices.
· We contact you if you don’t attend your sessions
· So we give you a kick up the bum if that’s what you need but also an arm around the shoulder if that’s what you need.
· We are in contact with you once a week
· We offer around the clock support if you have any questions.
· We use the inbody scan.

How the program works?
We offer a 6 week programme were you can test drive us for 42 days and you can start to be trained by us as soon as tomorrow. However, your 30 day trial doesn’t actually begin until the gym re-opens, so essentially you will be able to train you remotely with us at no additional cost.

When the gym re-opens you’ll receive:
3 x SGPT a week
Unlimited access to large classes
Nutritional Support / Guidance

At the moment during lockdown:
Unlimited access to our Virtual PT Sessions
Nutritional Support
Pre-recorded Pilates/yoga/meditation
Live Yoga on Saturday morning
