Warm up for 5-10 minutes, then perform the following:
10 Bent over rows
20 High knees
10 Squat jumps
20 Mountain climbers
10 Press ups
20 Split squats
10 V-sit ups
20 Burpees
10 Crawl outs
20 Star jumps
